At F1ticket.info we're proud to have the courier service United Parcel Service Courier (UPS for short) as our shipping partner. This means that all products ordered of the website www.f1ticket.info will be shipped through UPS Worldwide.
It does not matter where you live, we're happy to send your goods to virtually any address in the world, from Aalborg to Zurich. The only exception is that we can not send to Post boxes (P.O. Boxes), the reason is because of the value contains of the package we need to deliver the package personally to you. You will also have to sign for the package, before receiving it. If you are not at home at the time or delivery, the courier will come back the next day and try it again.
The products are sent about one(1) to two(2) weeks prior to the event. They cannot be sent any earlier as the tickets are usually printed 8 weeks prior to the event and sent to us four (3) weeks prior to the event, this to prevent fraud.
If you are not able to receive tickets at your house address, because you for example work during the day, you can supply us with an alternative address. This can be done through filling in this address in the ordering form, or you can send us an email with an alternative address.
On the day of sending UPS will send you an email, in this email you will receive an unique AIRWAYBILL (AWB)number. This number is unique and is given to your package. With this number you can track your package through the internet by surfing to the www.dhl.com and filling in your AIRWAYBILL (AWB) number. You will be able to see when the products has been sent and where it is at the moment of inquiry.
DELIVERY DATE & TIME
The delivery date and time always depends on the country where you live. The normally the transit time within Europe is 24 hours, the USA and Canada 48 hours, Asia, Australasia, South America, Middle East within 48 hours and Africa within 72 hours.
The delivery time is always between 09.00 am (09.00) and 06.00 pm (18.00). If these times a not suitable for you, please contact DHL in your country as soon as you have received your AIRWAYBILL (AWB) number from us.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend of which country of region you live. All the products are shipped as Express service (Fastest service) and weight under the 0,5 kilogram (2,2 Lbs). To prevent theft of the tickets we do not put our full name as sender on the package. The package will be sent through us using the following abbreviation: GPT.
